Ohio Coverage
The counties listed below fall under our standard fee schedule. Counties not listed, in which an overnight stay is needed, require a $75 per day hotel stipend in addition to the standard fee schedule. (See Our Fee Schedule for more information).
Lucas, Wood, Hancock, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot, Crawford, Erie, Huron, Richland, Lorain, Ashland, Cuyahoga, Medina, Wayne, Holmes, Summit, Stark, Lake, Geaga, Portage, Ashtabula, Trumball, and Mahoning.

We always like to schedule a phone consultation prior to your booking. It is important that we can successfully mirror your practice and make sure that Dr. Stoyanoff is a good fit.
Our Fee Schedule
Half Day up to 12 patients......$275*
Full Day up to 24 patients.......$475
Extra patient visits are only $12 each
*We only accept Full Day bookings for counties not listed under "Ohio Coverage" and require an overnight stay (overnight stays require a $75 per day hotel stipend).
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Of bookings when you give 2 full days (48 hours or more) notice before the booking date and scheduled clinic start time.
Late cancellation: Bookings cancelled with less than 2 days (less than a full 48 hours) before the booking date will be charged 50% of each day booked, e.g. if you book a full day at $475 and cancel late, you will be charged $237.50 per day you booked. This fee is to cover lost revenue when other locum tenens work could have booked with us.
